What is the Blue Village?

Situated in Hall 2, right next to the SEAnnovation space, the Blue Village is a dynamic hub structured around a different strategic theme each day, highlighting key challenges and opportunities for the maritime sector:

  • 3th February – Blue Pact:
    Dedicated to decarbonisation, in line with the European Green Deal and the transition towards a sustainable maritime economy.

  • 4th February – Blue Capital:
    Focused on financing the maritime sector and showcasing new opportunities for investors.

  • 5th February – Blue Talent Day:
    Centred on employment, maritime careers and the training of tomorrow’s talents.

Focus Blue Talent Day

Held on Thursday 5th February, the Blue Talent Day is dedicated entirely to maritime careers, employment and training.

It is designed for students, young graduates, internship seekers, jobseekers and individuals considering a career transition who wish to explore opportunities within the maritime sector.

A number of key organisations specialising in recruitment, training and professional development will be present to guide and support candidates, including CINav, La Touline and Leadership.
