Polyacht-EFTM is a Polynesian startup founded by former solo sailing racer Benoit Parnaudeau.
At first, the company provided rigging services before focusing on the development of a revolutionary filament coiling technique. After 5 years of R&D, this technique allowed the company to switch from service to product manufacture. EFTM brand was born with one goal: generalize Dyneema standing rigging use for sailing boats.
The same technique is now used to develop high-load textile connectors as an alternative to classical steel and soft shackles. Textile connectors don’t rust and are much lighter, which eases the connector installation and reduces the risks of injuries for the operators.
